Elbow Pain During Docking and tailing

Updated: 5 days ago

ree

After docking (or tailing) it's pretty common to get some discomfort in the elbow, especially if you go above your capacity to load. Unfortunately, there are lots of reasons for that capacity to drop, including lack of sleep, poor health, progressive overload (we aren't Cinderella and don't reset at midnight), poor hydration and overall lack of strength and endurance for the task at hand.

There isn't a job at docking that doesn't load your hands, wrists, forearms and elbows, so I've created a video for you to use at smokos and in the evenings to make you feel better.

People have told me that it feels better when they do it - see for yourself, and please let me know if you do it and how you feel afterwards.
