More Than Injury-Based Physiotherapy

I offer whole-person physiotherapy — not just treating the injury, but understanding the body around it and the life you’re living in.

That means looking beyond pain to how you move, sleep, eat, recover, and how your nervous system and internal systems influence the way your body functions. Everything is connected — and your treatment should be too.

You’ll get practical, evidence-based care with a clear plan, real progress, and ongoing support. I don’t disappear once the session ends.

I OFFER:

→  Injury first steps & clear “who to see when” guidance

→  Recovery and rehabilitation plans

→  Online physiotherapy sessions

→  Face-to-face physiotherapy sessions

I live this life too — farming, physio, family. I’m practical, straight-talking, and focused on what actually works.

If you’re not farming but want no-nonsense physiotherapy that gets results, you’re just as welcome here.

Meet Storm

Storm has been a dedicated physiotherapist since 2002. After completing her Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy) at AUT, she went on to gain a Postgraduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2004.

Before starting her family, Storm spent 14 years working in private practice, building strong experience across musculoskeletal injuries, pain management, return-to-work programmes, and rehabilitation.

After the birth of her fourth child, Storm stepped away from clinical work for five years to focus on family life and farming. In May 2022, she and her husband purchased a hill country farm in Te Karaka, where they now run sheep and beef.

ACC and INSURANCE

acclogo

We understand the importance of accessibility to physiotherapy services.

You may qualify for ACC subsidised treatment if your injury has occurred as a consequence of an accident at home, in the car, at work or on the sports field.

You don't need a referral to seek treatment from us - we can register your injury with ACC at the time of your initial consultation.

We do have a surcharge for ACC consultations. If you have already filled out a claim (GP/Previous provider) bring these details along with you, as well as any other letters, referrals or scans you may have.

If you have another insurer, I can provide an invoice for you to send to them after you have paid.
